In the earliest stage, by gathering all your ideas, expectations, and objectives, we come up with a proposal that includes a step-by-step executable task list and user stories further broken down into Deliverable Milestones. We provide free support to clever all the work delivered for a fixed duration of time agreed in the planning phase as per the length and demand of the client. Further, we provide paid support on demand and we provide high priority to existing clients.

Ongoing Support
1) 1 months Free Support or Platform Warranty: We will fix any issues or bugs that will arise in our work. This period will start after the final delivery and deployment to your server. We will be testing the application before that on delivery of each Milestone.

2) Ongoing Maintenance and Support: After Free support expires we will provide you priority support for any type of issues or bugs. However, this will be charged at USD $15 per hour for the same.

3) Change Requests: These can arise at any time (during development, during free support or after free support) and will be estimated separately. Example of such thing is a New Feature, a Change in already done task or flow or design, update of any programming language or 3rd party which is not caused due to an error done by the developer.
